‘If I arrive early in the morning do I have to pay for the night before?'
Yes, we need to hold the room for you for that night to ensure you can check in during the night or early morning.

‘My flight leaves late in the afternoon or evening, can I check out later than 10am?’
Late check outs are available at a cost, please mention on enquiry.

‘Do you provide reef shoes, snorkelling masks, pipes and fins?’
No, due to possible health issues with snorkelling equipment we do not provide it although it can be hired or purchased when here or brought with you.

‘Can you arrange for us to be transferred from and back to the airport?’
Yes, just mention on enquiry and it will be arranged. It will cost $20 per person each way at your cost payable direct to the driver.

‘Can other guests already on the island stay on the property after I arrive?’
No, upon booking and confirmation the number of guests staying must be disclosed and not changed once deposit payed and the booking confirmed.

‘Is the lagoon safe for swimming, is there anything to look out for?’
There is no harmful marine life in the lagoon, it is recommended that reef shoes be worn at all times in the lagoon. There are no rips or strong currents.

‘Where can I hire scooters and cars that are close to my accommodation?’
Muri has a number of car and scooter hire services all within walking distance from the property.

‘I am here to attend a wedding, can I have guests at the property for drinks, a stag or hens party or a gathering?’
No, we have a strict policy regarding this as many of our guests stay with us to attend weddings, no gatherings or parties will be tolerated and you may be asked to vacate and leave the property.

‘Can I go home after my stay feeling totally relaxed, re charged and refreshed?’
Absolutely! Some guests that stay enjoy their accommodation, facilities and beach so much they sometimes stay at the property for their whole stay! Just read our Guest Book
